Porto fail to sign Bruma as he moves elsewhere

And in the end, Bruma will not be a Porto player.

Porto had reached an agreement with both his club - RB Leipzig - and the player himself, and he looked on the verge of completing a move back to the Primeira Liga.

The agreement was for a fee of €15million, but the player's agent Catio Baldé confirmed to Antena 1 that he had chosen to join another club instead.

"He endedd up making a commitment yesterday (on Tuesday) with PSV, of the Netherlands. Yes, he will be a PSV player."

"The two clubs (Porto and PSV) reached an agreement with Leipzig for the purchase. They both had the freedom to negotiate with Bruma, and then Bruma got to choose the club he wanted to play for."

"This is football... For various reasons the player preferred to sign for PSV."

Ruben Semedo to complete move to Olympiakos

Ruben Semedo's proposed move to Olympiakos is back on and set to be completed in the coming days.

Despite reports from Spain and Greece that negotiations had broken down, Semedo is set to join the Greek giants on a permanent deal.

Indeed, late last night, Semedo was photographed in Athens sporting an Olympiakos-themed scarf, the 25-year old centreback arriving in Greece to finalise the move.

It is believed that the fee will be in the region of 4.5 million euros, with Semedo signing a 4-year contract.
